At BlissCare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened or used. This includes skincare products that have been unsealed.
Refund Process

Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have issues, contact us directly for assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and order information.
